What artwork files do you need for printing?
Good files = faster proofing, fewer revisions, and more stable color results.
Quick Answer
Preferred files: AI or PDF (vector). Please outline fonts, embed images, and provide bleed if your design goes to the edge.
Recommended checklist
- Format: AI / PDF (vector). If you only have PNG/JPG, use high resolution.
- Fonts: Convert to outlines (or send font files).
- Images: Embed or link correctly; avoid missing images.
- Bleed: Add bleed if the print runs to the edge (we can advise per product).
- Colors: CMYK preferred; if you have Pantone references, tell us.
Common reasons proofing gets delayed
- Text not outlined and fonts are missing.
- Low-resolution images used for large prints.
- Design size not matching the actual template.
